Welcome to Stellar Studio Games. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Stellar Studio Games regarding the use of our mobile applications ("Services"). By accessing or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Legal Binding. By downloading, installing, and using our mobile applications, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a legal guardian if you are a minor.
Modifications. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting in our applications or on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. License and Restrictions
Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile applications solely for personal and non-commercial use.
Usage Restrictions. You may not: Copy, modify, or distribute our applications or any related content. Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code from our applications. Use our applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our applications.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property. All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, sounds, and software, is the property of Stellar Studio Games or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content. By submitting any content through our applications, you grant Stellar Studio Games a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media.
4. In-App Purchases (IAP)
IAPs. Our applications may offer in-app purchases ("IAPs") that allow access to additional content or features. All IAPs are made through the respective app store (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, etc.) and are subject to the terms and conditions of such store.
No Refunds. Except as required by law, we do not offer refunds for IAPs. We recommend that you review carefully before making any purchase.
5. Advertising
Advertising Partners. Our applications may include ads provided by AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Yandex Ads, and Unity Ads. These ads may be personalized based on information that those advertising networks collect from your device, such as your advertising identifier, the approximate location derived from your IP address and ad interaction data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Advertising Policy. By using our applications, you agree that we may display relevant and personalized ads to you. You can manage your privacy preferences and opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings or by reviewing the privacy policies of AdMob, Meta, Yandex, and Unity Ads.
6. Privacy
Data Collection. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
No Warranties. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that our applications will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar Studio Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether direct or indirect.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Uruguay.
9. Termination
Termination by User. You may stop using our applications at any time and uninstall them from your device.
Termination by Stellar Studio Games. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
